  Excellent Service! I used this company after seeing a promotional advertisement and was a little apprehensive at first because a lot of other companies were way more expensive , but I could not recommend a better company. They had excellent follow up, were extremely neat, very informational and took time to work with my dog before they left. My dog has stayed in the area, with only one break through as they warned he would and I increased the power as suggested which has resulted in total success. My dog "was" a car chaser and sprinter as soon as the door opened! I just wish I would have done this sooner!

  This is without question a company that does not stand behind what they advertise. They boast a 30 day FULL REFUND guarantee if your not completely satisfied. Well the outdoor containment system installed at my home was only in 1 day and I had it removed because of how hard it shocked (by their employee) my 80 pound Lab. After waiting several weeks they only agreed to refund 60%! I sent a screen shot copy (showing 100% refund) of their web page to my attorney and will have my day in court! Stay away from this company!
