Andrew went above and beyond to re-establish my account and ensure the old phone number was still active. He was patient, understanding and spoke in a very matter-of-fact tone without making me feel like an idiot. Very satisfied with this store considering the poor level of customer service I've received at other AT&T corporate stores. Thank you for all your assistance!
